Forbes Solicitors has held the Investors in People quality kite mark since 1996 and had a successful 3 year accreditation visit in August 2006. IiP recognises that the firm achieves success through our people and improves the manner in which we all work.

The Standard allows the firm the opportunity to review policies and practices against a recognised benchmark, use a framework for planning future strategies and implement a structured way to improve the effectiveness of training and development activities.

In addition IiP is embedded at all levels within the firm and is promoted through induction, training and self-development. Forbes is a people business and takes every opportunity to improve the skills base of its employees.
