Following feedback from the Employee Attitude Survey, the firm worked, and continues to work, with external partners to bring employees enhanced Employee Benefits, which are available to them during their employment.

These benefits include a company sponsored level of health benefit in conjunction with Healthshield, allowing employees' 100% cash back on treatments such as dental, physiotherapy, and complementary therapies.

The firm can provide employees with Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers, which can pay for registered childcare, including; day nurseries, childminders, before & after school clubs, au pairs and holiday clubs for children up to the age of 16, potentially saving parents over £1000 per year towards the cost of childcare via reduced Tax and NI contributions.

Employees can also take advantage of several local supplier negotiated discounts.
