Training

The Training Department works along side other departments within the firm to ensure the firm's strategy, key objectives and targets are achieved. This is implemented through a variety of training courses from informal one to one training through to large CPD (Continuous Professional Development) accredited seminars.

It is the aim of the Training Department to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of all employees, to increase their expertise in their current role, and prepare them for development within the firm.

The firm recognises that our people are our most important asset and therefore aims to harness, capture and develop existing skills and specialities within the business.

Continuing Professional and Personal Development are essential parts of the firm philosophy and this is reflected in the number of CPD accredited training events held throughout the year.
