I am the Motor Claims Manager in the Insurance Department. I have over 30 years experience in the insurance industry having worked for AGF as a Claims Inspector and for Zurich Municipal and Allianz as Technical Claims Controller.

I have particular expertise in indemnity matters and cases involving the MIB. My experience extends to Catastrophic Injury cases on which I assist the Large Loss Unit.
