No Win No Fee

Means just that. If we don't win your personal injury claim, you will not be charged a penny. If we do win then we claim our costs from the losing party and you get 100% of any compensation awarded.

The only exception is if we have incurred costs that aren't recoverable from the other party, i.e. costs that have been incurred where you have chosen not to accept our advice or the costs of a medical report we haven't used.
