We have a specialist Prison Law Department based at our Preston office.

This department is available to assist you, or a friend or member of your family serving a custodial sentence, in the following areas:-

  • Enforcement of your rights in compliance with Prison Rules particularly concerning the application of those rules and the treatment of you whilst in the prison.
