Forbes Solicitors successfully defend Directors alleged to be involved in commercial fraud

Forbes solicitors recently defended two people in a large commercial fraud case with international dimensions. The trial lasted over a number of months and using our specialist fraud expertise both defendants represented by Forbes were acquitted, despite the remaining 11 defendants all being convicted.
