The Hospitality Group at Forbes is made up of members of the business law, commercial property, employment and commercial litigation departments.

Over the last few years the group has undertaken a significant amount of work in this sector and currently provides specialist advice and guidance to a diverse range of hospitality clients.

  • Advising on more complex staff matters where a change of ownership or business merger has taken place
  • Representing many hospitality clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
  • Disputes regarding business premises in the hospitality sector, for example disputes regarding the lease, the state of repair or the boundary
  • Advising on disputes involving suppliers and customers of hospitality clients
