Disability and Vulnerability

Social landlords encounter a high proportion of tenants who are disabled or are vulnerable in some other way. These factors can have a significant impact on the conduct of cases, and landlords can be subject to additional responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

We have considerable experience of dealing with litigation involving disability and vulnerability and are able to provide advice, assistance and training in awareness of these issues in a housing context.
