Local authorities and housing associations alike encounter the ever-present issue of homelessness on a continual basis. The rights of an individual seeking accommodation from the State and the responsibilities of the various agencies are complex and heavily regulated by Parliament.

We are able to provide training and advice on a wide range of issues, from the duties on local authorities considering applications to the impact on Registered Social Landlords. We can also provide advocacy services for appeals against local authority determinations.
