Judicial Review

The decisions of public bodies are subject to constant scrutiny, both in the media and in the Courtroom. Any person who is affected by the decision of a public body can seek the Court's permission for the decision making process to be reviewed by a Judge. We have recently successfully defended a judicial review case following a dispute over allocation.
