I have 18 years experience representing Defendants and their insurers. I began my career in Bristol and worked also in the Midlands before moving to Forbes in 1997. I currently specialise in employers liability and public liability claims on behalf of the Retail Sector and Local Government Authorities. I regularly lecture on a range of key topics.

I am a former head of FOILs SIG for EL and PL claims and the current head of the Special Focus Team for the Public Sector.
