With more and more people looking to rent out properties in today's burgeoning rental market it's important, now more than ever, that private residential landlords are aware of their rights and responsibilities.

Forbes Solicitors will be running a private residential landlord seminar in December. The seminar will guide delegates through the legal minefield which is landlord and tenant law along with updates relating to tenancy deposit legislation. Plenty of practical advice will be provided throughout the seminar on the means by which to effectively manage and legally terminate a tenancy.
