Forbes Solicitors has held the Investors in People quality accreditation since 1996 and continues to have successful re-accreditation visits, with the most recent one in 2020. Investors in People recognises that the firm achieves success through our people and improves the manner in which we all work.
The Standard allows the firm the opportunity to review policies and practices against a recognised benchmark, use a framework for planning future strategies and implement a structured way to improve the effectiveness of training and development activities.
In addition, Investors in People is embedded at all levels within the firm and is promoted through induction, training, self-development and how we all live our values through our day-to-day activities.
