Forbes recognises that life is not all about work and actively promotes a healthy work life balance through a number of social events and team sports.
The firm also supports and sponsors a number of local sporting initiatives.
At Christmas, each office holds a Christmas party, but the one everyone looks forward to, is the firm wide event held on the last Friday before Christmas at Ewood Park, which gives all employees a chance to catch up with their colleagues in different offices.
Regular social events are held for Trainee Solicitors with their Mentors and Supervisors allowing them all to catch up and compare notes on each of their seats.
