All Apprentices will follow an induction programme based in the department in which they will be working during which time they will gain a number of skills and learn about the various services that Forbes can offer clients. A formal review takes place at the end of three months to check that progress is on target.
The Apprentice will be trained in their specific role within their designated department. As part of their development they will learn how Forbes works and how their role relates to the legal profession together with the firm's involvement in the local community. The firm encourages Apprentices to fill future posts within the firm and all Apprentices will be actively supported to apply for promotion within the firm.
