As if to co-ordinate with the Forbes conference “Diversify or Die? Developing Affordable Housing After 2018” the HCA has published its latest assessment of the risks affecting the social housing sector. Bronwen Rapley, the HCA’s Deputy Director of Investigation & Enforcement presented the first session at yesterday’s event.

Our thanks to Bronwen and all the other speakers who contributed their expertise and experience to the day which gave everyone plenty to think about and lots of ideas on diversification opportunities being explored in the social housing sector around the country. Forbes will be producing a paper based on the conference to play our part in furthering what is a vital debate in the social housing sector and one with which all registered providers will have to engage sooner or later.
