Following this we will either produce a complete handbook of policies and procedures to meet your businesses requirements or update your existing documentation. This will include policies such as disciplinary and grievance, equal opportunities and social media.

Directors Service Agreement

Meeting with you following which we shall produce a bespoke Directors Service Agreement to meet the requirements of the director involved and to suit the business needs.

Termination Package advice

Advice regarding holding either a 'protected conversation' or 'without prejudice' discussion with the relevant employee and drafting of Settlement Agreement.

Tribunal Case Appraisal

In the unfortunate event of receiving an employment Tribunal claim, we will review the form ET1 and meet with you in order to advise on prospects of successfully defending claim, potential costs involved in defending the claim, financial liability and next steps. Advice will be set out in writing following meeting.

In-House Training

We offer a wide range of in-house bespoke training sessions on a variety of legal topics at clients premises. We are fully accredited by the SRA to provide CPD points for these sessions which will be delivered by our experienced solicitors. Full details are on our training page.

Early Conciliation - Case Appraisal

In the event of you being contacted by ACAS to confirm that an employee has requested Early Conciliation prior to issuing a Tribunal claim, we will meet with you to discuss the issues raised, provide initial advice upon prospects of successfully defending the claim and advise regarding any potential settlement.
