At Forbes we represent Registered Providers of Social Housing on a nationwide basis in relation to all aspects of tenancy enforcement. This includes the use of injunction, possession and committal proceedings to protect vulnerable residents from the perpetrators of anti-social behaviour. We also help our clients to deal with various other breaches of tenancy including hoarding, untidy gardens and pet nuisance.

We adopt a holistic approach to cases routinely liaising with other agencies such as social services, health professionals and the police in order to support our clients where appropriate. We also facilitate and assist clients with building relationships and developing links with these agencies to facilitate the comprehensive management of cases from the outset.

Our large, experienced team of Solicitor Advocates deal with all aspects of advocacy including trial advocacy and hearings in the Court of Appeal and High Court.

We pride ourselves on creating strong client relationships by listening to clients, identifying their needs and ensuring that their objectives are met promptly with minimal cost. We are renowned for our practical advice and pride ourselves on our ability to work in partnership with our clients.

We also deliver bespoke training packages to clients on a wide range of topics with the aim of upskilling staff.
