A Complete Case Management Package

Housing Providers are currently identifying an increased number of complex Hoarding cases in their neighbourhoods.

The nature of the Hoarding condition means that there aren't always any quick fixes and enforcement action doesn't resolve the overriding issues. These cases can't be resolved in isolation which is where ASC Forbes comes in.

2 Days spent at client's offices to review current Hoarding cases, liaise with partner agencies and establish organisation-specific training needs
1 Day Interactive Training Session on Hoarding Case Management & Prevention. This is available to ALL STAFF (unlimited numbers and external agencies if appropriate) based on the 3 key themes of Fire Safety, Housing Management & Support and Legal Enforcement
Reviewing and developing the client's Hoarding Policies & Procedures
Facilitating Service Level Agreements and joint-working with the Fire & Rescue Service, Charities, Third Sector Support Providers and other key agencies
Ongoing support and guidance in respect of ongoing hoarding cases and external support mapping

Specialist Hoarding Training Package - Full Day

1 Day spent at client's offices to review current Hoarding cases, liaise with partner agencies and establish organisation-specific training needs
Developing Multi-Agency Action Plans

Specialist Hoarding Policy Development Package

Undertaking a detailed review of the client's existing Hoarding Policies & Procedures and/or developing new ones in accordance with their customer profile, stock portfolio and local partnership networks
Ensuring compliance, promoting best practice and supporting front-line staff to tackle Hoarding issues as part of their Housing Management function
