The Forbes' Housing & Regeneration Team are hosting a full day conference including break out sessions giving delegates the opportunity to attend the sessions most relevant to them and their organisation.

  1. Money Matters: A rent possession masterclass with guidance on preparing evidence, presenting your case in court and what to do if a disrepair counterclaim is alleged.

  1. Don't Despair with Disrepair: Refresher session on understanding a landlord's repairing obligations, including a case law update.

  1. Disrepair workshop and mock trial:
  • Part 1 Interactive session with guidance on how to handle repairs and keep good records, with a view to avoiding claims.

  • Part 2 Mock trial with optional delegate participation.

  1. ASB workshop:
  • Part 1 Interactive session with guidance on the preparation of good quality evidence, satisfying the legislative criteria and presenting your case at court.
