"Persistence and resilience only come from having been given the chance to work though difficult problems." Gever Tulley, American Author

Your business life is both a journey and a juggling act. There will be times the path is straightforward and you manage to keep all the balls in the air, but more often than not you come up against dead ends, make wrong turns and drop one or several balls.

So how do you build and grow a successful business? Resilience is a common trait in successful business owners. At our next event we explore the concept of business resilience and look at ways to overcome obstacles.

Moore and Smalley, Forbes Solicitors and NatWest are hosting an interactive breakfast seminar aimed at the owners, managing directors and finance directors of Lancashire SMEs. We have selected a panel of individuals, both professional advisers and business owners who will share their stories and give advice on how to make you, your team and your business as resilient as possible.

The panel will look at:

  • Cash flow management - potential stresses and sensitivities
  • How to successfully scale up a business
  • Areas of risk and how to mitigate them
  • Management structures and successful delegation
  • Funding and investment - how to get finance and how to manage investors
  • Business agility, why it is important and how to achieve it

The panel discussion will be followed by a question and answer session open to all delegates.
