Employment Law Update
The Forbes employment team will provide an update on the most recent employment law changes, along with what else is on the horizon.
Elevating Middle Management
This session will be led by Amanda E Clarke, a successful British entrepreneur, best-selling author, and sought after consultant. Throughout her career, Amanda has worked with dozens of the world's largest companies and thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises. She specialises in effective leadership, management and relationships, using brain training tools and technologies. In this session Amanda will look at how to elevate middle managers for success.
Employment Tribunals (ETs)
This interactive session will be delivered by the Employment Team at Forbes. It will provide you with an overview of the current ET process and the challenges the ETs are facing. It will include useful tips for HR/managers dealing with the HR process, with a view to being best prepared for defending an ET case.
It will also include tips for HR to share with witnesses to prepare for giving evidence at an ET hearing.
You will be able to take away the practical and helpful tips following the session to support you within your workplace.
How to engage and energise your employees through strengths that also deliver results
Many of the world's top organisations are choosing strengths-based approaches to accelerate their people agendas. Helping employees optimise their strengths sets off a powerful chain reaction significantly improving engagement, resilience, performance, customer loyalty and results.
Led by Dave Harrison, Managing Director of Co-Creation, this session will provide practical ways that you can adopt a strengths-based approach within your own organisations which will both engage and energise your employees and in turn deliver results for the individual, your teams and the organisation.
