This session, which is free of charge, will provide a brief overview of the issues currently faced by the Social Housing sector in Lancashire followed by a real life case study focussing on a vexatious complaint case from the perspective of both the Landlord and the Tenant. During the session practical tips and advice will be given to help housing providers to deal with the difficulties posed by unreasonable and persistent complainants.
