In this interactive session, we will explore the key points to consider when dealing with employee grievances. The workshop is aimed at managers and HR professionals within commercial businesses.
The workshop will cover:
- The legal framework and the relevance of the ACAS code of practice
- Approaches to informal resolution
- How the grievance procedure operates in practice
- The key stages of a grievance hearing
- Reaching an outcome
- Grievances involving allegations of bullying and harassment
- Dealing with appeals
