Forbes Solicitors Education team, in association with the Education Partnership Trust, are delighted to invite you to attend our interactive session on handling the recruitment process in a school setting.
Recruitment can be a difficult process, balancing the need to recruit the most appropriate person for the job, the need to safeguard pupils and the pitfalls of getting your recruitment process wrong. Our training and mock recruitment process will provide opportunity to evaluate recruitment process, opportunity for discussion; reflection on best practice and practical advice on how to avoid claims from job applicants and employees. We will also provide advice on the steps that must be taken post-recruitment, relating to contracts of employment.
This is an event that is designed for anyone with that has responsibility for recruitment, including Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, School Business Manager and School Governors/ Trustees.
