In this webinar Abigail Lynch and Trishna Modessa-Parekh will discuss redundancy selection criteria, with a particular focus on what a Tribunal might consider in determining the reasonableness of any selection criteria. This webinar will explore the application of both objective and subjective criteria as well common criteria including 'last in first out'.
