Our forums are aimed at Head Teachers, School Business Managers, Finance & HR Officers, Senior Leadership Teams and Governors who want to keep up to date with relevant changes and developments in the education sector.

The topic for our online education forum is 'Supporting Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing of Staff'.

9.30am - Pandemic Fatigue and Mental Wellbeing - Julie Stirpe will be discussing the Psychosocial impact of the pandemic with focus upon how individuals are coping with the 'new normal' in the workplace. We will be exploring the signs of impaired emotional wellbeing and mental health issues that are emerging in the workplace with some practical solutions to assist helping ourselves and our colleagues.

10.00am - Managing staff mental health and disability - We will look at Identifying disability related conditions and managing work; sickness absence and reasonable adjustments in a school environment
