On the 4th November 2020 the long proposed cap on public sector exit payments will come into force. The regulations impose a cap on exit payments paid to public sector employees of £95,000. These regulations are likely to have a significant impact on public sector organisation when looking at any proposed redundancies or agreed employee exits.
