Join us via Zoom on the 19th November at 9.30am - 11.30am for an exclusive mock Tribunal session based in a education setting in conjunction with Education Partnership Trust.
This online interactive session will recreate an Employment Tribunal hearing, focusing on an alleged unlawful requirement to work from home process, together with Health & Safety concerns raised by an Employee forced to return to work during the pandemic.
The session will examine some of the likely scenarios and claims that Employers may face as a result of the pandemic; and will be essential for all those involved in running a school or managing staff in an education setting.
The cost of this training is £70 + VAT per delegate.
