Forbes Solicitors will be delivering an interactive Mock Health & Safety Prosecution via Zoom specific to the Education Sector.
We will deal with all aspects of a Health & Safety Prosecution from an Interview Under Caution to Sentencing. The session will be fully interactive and will include break-out sessions discussing mitigation and sentencing.
Although applicable to all education settings this fictional scenario will deal with the death of a pupil at a school following a road traffic collision where a pupil was knocked over by a school bus and fatally wounded. Details of the case study will be sent out ahead of the event.
