Join us on the 3 December at 9.30am for Part 2 of our webinar series in relation to Landlord Possession. We will provide an overview of the story so far and how COVID has impacted this usually consistent area of law.
We shall be discussing the new Reactivation Notices and Review Hearings and the guidance issued by the Master of the Rolls to assist in preparing Possession cases. We shall be considering how the Courts will be prioritising cases and which cases are likely to be at the top of the list.
Finally, we shall address enforcement for those cases with a Possession Order, the winter truce and the exemptions given by the Lord Chancellor.
