Join us on 25th May at 10.30am for the next ASB training session on dementia when Rebecca Webster, Associate at Forbes, will be joined by Laura Flint, Learning Manager at Manchester United.
Rebecca will be focusing on how the diagnosis of dementia affects legal proceedings in terms of mental capacity and the assistance that social landlords can/should provide to help with diagnosis, support and to transfer into supported housing (where necessary). Laura Flint will be talking about the general impact of a diagnosis of dementia on people's social interactions and spatial awareness. She will also cover the importance of reminiscence and how this can be used as a positive tool to engage with people living with dementia.
