The Lancashire Education HR Forum is the first in a series of free events aimed at Head Teachers, School Business Managers and School Governors who want to keep up to date with relevant changes and developments in Employment Law and HR. The forums will also offer the opportunity to network with others who work within the Education sector. The forum will be chaired by Jonathan Holden, Head of Forbes' specialist Education Group and Chris Chesworth Head of HR Advisory Services, Capita HR Solutions for Education, and supported by specialist from their businesses.

The first Forum will focus on management performance from both a legal and HR perspective, giving schools the tools they need to maximise employees' potential.
