We understand that taking on a lease of a business premises can be a stressful time. Whilst you have your business matters to deal with, let us take care of the minefield that is your lease. You will need to understand your rights, obligations and costs involved in taking on a lease and this is where we can help. We study leases so you don't have to.

We know that our clients like to know exactly how much things will cost before they proceed. To help our clients to budget we can offer a fixed fee service.

Our Fixed Fee Service

Lease Report
  • An initial consultation with one of our specialist Commercial Property Lawyers who will be dedicated to your file to find out what you want to get out of your lease and to discuss the terms you have agreed with the Landlord;
  • A full review of the draft lease to ensure all the agreed heads of terms have been incorporated into the lease;
  • A full report on the key terms of the lease without any legal jargon with an explanation of how those provisions will affect your occupation of the premises during the term. We will detail any unusual or onerous provisions and explain the implications for you as a tenant;
  • The provision of a full report within 5 working days of receipt of the draft lease.

£500 plus VAT

Our Other Services

Whilst not included within the price above we do offer a number of other services to accompany your lease report including a full mark up of the lease with suggested amendments, negotiations with the Landlord's Solicitors, review of the title to the property, arranging searches on the property and reporting on them and completion and registration of the lease where necessary. Again we do offer fixed fee options on all the above services and if you would like further information on the same then please do not hesitate to contact us.
