In addition to experience in handling cases where allegations of failure to educate, bullying or accidents in schools are made, the team at Forbes also has extensive experience in acting as Clerk to Local Education Authorities' Exclusion and Admission appeals and representing LEAs at special education needs tribunals. Our experience in these particular fields has been built up over many years and it is an area where we have an enviable reputation. We can provide truly independent experienced Clerks to appeal panels.
We also have extensive experience in advising individual Schools on this complex area; regularly conducting critical case reviews and health checks in individual cases in order to provide robust, practical advice aimed at avoiding disputes wherever possible. We also assist in providing our clients with training and best practice advice in this challenging area.
