Trial Advocacy

In some cases, it is not possible to avoid going to Court. When this happens, it is reassuring to be represented by someone you know and who has dealt with your case from the outset.

Our team includes a member who has completed the Bar Vocational Course and who has joined Forbes as a non-practicing Barrister. This enhanced Court Advocacy experience provides the option of keeping the case with the same representative through to the final trial. We can also provide final hearing advocacy services to clients who prepare their cases with in-house solicitors.
