Forbes Solicitors have advised West Lancashire-based independent financial adviserâ€¯Acumen Financial Partnership over the acquisition of Wyre Investment and Financial Management based in Pilling.
The deal was completed with the help of Rebecca McCann, a Solicitor in Forbes' Corporate Department and Trishna Modessa-Parekh, a Solicitor in the Employment Department.
Acumen was founded in 2006 and with its head office in Burscough, has taken on two staff, 400 active clients and funds under management of around £40million.
