Dementia Friends

Dementia Friends is an Alzheimer's Society initiative which encourages everyone to learn more about dementia and to turn that understanding into action. Actions can be both big and small and are all very important.

The initiative hopes to change people's perceptions of dementia and the way that the condition is thought and talked about. The program is helping to grow dementia friendly communities.

Forbes Solicitors Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts Team have joined the national social action movement by becoming Dementia Friends and we are actively encouraging members of staff across our firm to also become Dementia Friends.

Rachael Gibb a Solicitor specialising in Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts at Forbes volunteers as a Dementia Friends Champion and leads information sessions for those wanting to become Dementia Friends. Rachael is passionate about raising awareness of dementia and improving the lives of those living with dementia.
