Seamless Offering From Forbes' Housing Team

Forbes' Housing Team is now able to offer a seamless service from the outset to conclusion of a case after two Solicitors gained their Higher Rights of Audience Advocacy qualifications.

The qualification means that Lucie Cocker and Lachlan McLean are more cost-efficient advocates as they offer a complete service to their clients, including trial work.

Lachlan is an Associate Solicitor who specialises in Housing Litigation and Lucie qualified into the Housing Team in 2011 where her work is primarily based around injunctions against tenants.

Stuart Penswick, Head of Housing at Forbes, commented: 'I am delighted for Lachlan and Lucie in achieving their Higher Rights qualification. Both are excellent advocates and integral parts of our extremely talented Housing Team. This will only enhance the quality of the advice and service which our clients currently receive as well as furthering extremely competitive costings.'

Forbes' Housing Department now acts for over 90 Housing Associations across the country and is recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 as a leader in the housing field.
