Forbes Solicitors are ensuring legal advice is available to those in need by freezing the price of the Family Fixed Fee Service.
The package was launched in 2012 to take the financial uncertainty out of divorce and family breakdown following legal funding cuts which hit families under Government changes. The service gives those going through a divorce or family breakdown, the opportunity to select a package including as much or as little legal advice as they require to resolve their situation for a fixed price.
Dawn Baker, Family Partner at Forbes comments, "We have taken the decision not to increase our fixed fees, which have remained the same for 2 years, on the basis that we hold high on the list of priorities the needs of people in difficulty with no where to turn. We hope that the Fixed Fee Family Service will alleviate some of the uncertainty as the cost is determined clearly at the outset. Solicitors often say they offer fixed fee services but aren't open with their prices - with Forbes you will know exactly where you stand."
The Fixed Fee Family Services are tiered and priced accordingly and clients are able to choose whichever level they require from the six available. The Forbes Solicitors' Family Team are based at the firm's offices in Accrington, Blackburn, Chorley and Preston.
