Lancashire corporate law firm of the year, Forbes Solicitors increases its support to local businesses by joining the Law Society's 'Lawyers for your Business Scheme'. The scheme which has over 1000 members provides start up and small to medium sized businesses with access to specialised business related advice and a free initial consultation.
Paul Marsh, Law Society President says, "Seeking some help could save anyone starting a business in the long run, and it will re-assure the bank manager or other investors when you show them a business plan which, from a legal point of view, is sound. It's great news that more firms, like Forbes, are joining the LFYB scheme."
Alexandra Sagar, a Solicitor in Forbes Business Law Team comments, "I have found that those who are setting up in business rarely put the legal structures in place and only seek specialist advice when issues arise. As part of the Lawyers for your Business Scheme I can offer an initial meeting to discuss client's requirements and the services we can provide. By sharing my expertise at the stage when a business is being formed I hope business owners will avoid some of the common pitfalls. We can also offer a start up package which allows us to put the legal structures in place on a fixed fee basis so costs are clear from the outset".
