As part of the Government's National Customer Service Week, Forbes Solicitors is proud to celebrate the achievements of six receptionists, from across its offices in the North West in achieving their Customer Service NVQ II. This is also the result of an ongoing and successful partnership between Forbes Solicitors and Burnley College. The six receptionists have a total of 65 years experience between them, in which time they have helped a great deal of clients.
The six month course was tailored to Forbes Solicitors and was developed and delivered by qualified in house trainers who have a wealth of experience in training in the legal sector.
