Stokers Limited has successfully completed a purchase of Lucas World of Furniture in Aylesbury as part of its plans for growth and expansion across the country.
Forbes Solicitors and McMillan & Co LLP Chartered Accountants acted for Stokers Limited in this transaction. Pauline Rigby, Head of Corporate & Restructuring led the transaction with the assistance of Corporate & Restructuring Solicitors Nick Pickup and John Pickervance along with Amy Stokes and Tim Hollingsworth from Employment and Commercial Property respectively.
