Sabina who studied LLB Law at John Moore's University in Liverpool and LPC at the College of Law in Manchester, is looking forward to working with Forbes' large client base of housing clients.
"I am delighted to be working in the Housing and Regeneration Property team at Forbes, and handling a wide range of matters including property sales and acquisitions, right to buy, right to acquire, plot sales, and leases," commented Sabina.
Sabina who is married and lives in Blackburn, also speaks fluent Gujarati and Urdu and in her spare time enjoys baking and travelling.
Joshua also from Blackburn, originally studied Spanish and Russian at the University of Manchester graduating with a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages. During his time at university he studied in both Yaroslavl and St Petersburg, Russia and in Murcia, Spain.
After graduating he opted for a career in the legal profession, and has gained a Graduate Diploma in Law at the BPP University. Joshua will start his LPC in September next year.
"My long term goal is to qualify as a solicitor at Forbes, and continue my career within the firm," commented Joshua. "As a Paralegal I mainly assist the solicitors in their work for the clients who are Registered Providers of Social Housing. I also help out with drafting witness statements, injunction orders and other legal documents."
In his spare time Joshua follows his local football team Blackburn Rovers, as well as travelling and watching boxing.
