Lancashire-based refrigerated vehicle specialist CoolKit Ltd has moved into new 45,000 sq ft premises after instructing Forbes Solicitors to act over the purchase.
The new location, within a secure 2.5 acre site in Burnley, is part of Coolkit's strategic plan to achieve more than £15 million worth of temperature-controlled vehicle orders annually.
Richard Clithero, Partner in Forbes' Commercial Property, based in Central Lancashire, said: "This was a very important move for Coolkit, as part of their growth strategy moving forward and we are delighted to have been instructed to help with the purchase."
The increase in manufacturing capacity will help Coolkit to further improve order turnaround times through improved processes and increased vehicle holding capacity, with space for 200 vehicles at any one time at its base at Unit 6 Farrington Place, Burnley.
CoolKit Managing Director Rupert Gatty said: "Recent years have been exceptional for CoolKit and this move puts us in an excellent position to achieve further growth.
"We chose Forbes to act for us in this purchase because of their exceptional record in this field and the efficient and professional way they acted helped us immensely."
