Three members of staff at leading North West legal firm Forbes Solicitors are celebrating after qualifying as Solicitors.

Lorraine Wilson, Callum Halley and Mohassan Mehmood are now beginning the next stage of their careers with the firm.

Lorraine, based in the Preston office, specialises in matters relating to Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, planning for later life and Court of Protection. She also deals with Probate and the Administration of Estates.

Callum, based in the Central Lancashire Office, works in the Dispute Resolution department and has extensive experience in litigation, having previously worked as a paralegal and trainee solicitor in the Defendant Insurance department.

He also worked as a trainee in the Corporate & Restructuring. Callum has been involved in a variety of commercial disputes concerning companies, shareholders, and partnerships. He has also assisted with high value construction disputes and claims for the recovery of damages for breach of commercial contracts. In addition, he is able to assist with claims arising out of discrimination and harassment in a non-employment context.

Mohassan, also based in the Central Lancashire office, is a Solicitor within the Commercial Property team. He completed his training contract at the firm across different departments and offices, with a particular focus on property matters.

He advises on a range of commercial property transactions including sales and acquisitions as well as advising on commercial leases for landlords and tenants. In particular, Mohassan focuses on advising pension scheme administrators and individual clients with SIPP and SSAS property transactions.

Siobhan Hardy, Senior Partner at Forbes said: "We are delighted that Lorraine, Callum and Mohassan are beginning the next stage of their careers with us. All three are very talented and we are pleased to have them as part of our team."
