Forbes Becomes Legal Provider to emh group

Forbes Solicitors has reinforced its position as a leading provider of legal services to the affordable housing sector after being appointed to provide advice to Leicestershire-based emh group.
Following a competitive tender process Forbes' Housing and Regeneration Team will provide advice in relation to Tenancy, Property, Health & Safety, Care & Support and Procurement in a five year contract worth over £400,000.
emh group is one of the largest providers of affordable homes and care & support services in the East Midlands with 19,000 properties in more than 40 local authority areas across the region. The Group includes emh homes, emh care & support, Midlands Rural Housing and Hello Homes.
Lucy Worrall, Partner and Head of Housing and Regeneration (Property), who will act as Relationship Manager, comments, "I am delighted that we have been appointed as legal provider for emh group and I look forward to continuing to work in partnership with them.
