Five members of staff at leading North West legal firm Forbes Solicitors are celebrating after qualifying as Solicitors.
Amy, based in the Leeds office, specialises in Housing Litigation, defending disrepair claims and assisting landlords with possession claims and anti-social behaviour action.
Rebecca, based in the Central Lancashire Office, works in the Corporate department and acts for clients of all sizes across a variety of sectors regarding transactional matters such as acquisitions, mergers and disposals and corporate restructures.
Laura, based in the Preston office, works in the Employment department acting for both public and private sector clients. She will continue working within the Education sector, providing advice on a range of matters.
Bethany, based in the Chorley office, is a Solicitor within the Commercial team. She has a particular interest in data protection issues and provides consultancy data protection support to organisations in preparation of GDPR.
Stacey, based in the Blackburn office, advises on a range of commercial property transactions which includes the sale and acquisition of properties, leases (both landlord and tenant), and the negotiation and drafting of other property related agreements. She has a particular interest in the construction and development sector.
