Preston's biggest landlord, Community Gateway Association (CGA) in partnership with maintenance contractor Jackson Lloyd, reached the milestone of completing 100% of its gas safety inspections, 99% finished within the service year.
This success rate has been made possible due to their innovative ways of scheduling appointments. As well as offering tenants flexible times to suit their needs they also utilise text message reminders and pre-appointment calls to ensure these vital safety checks are completed.
CGA have been using information gathered during tenant profiling to ensure that tenants with specific needs are able to access this essential check up. Large print text, signers and pre-translated letters are now offered as standard to all tenants who have requested it.
